Governor Johnson is the supreme ruler of Gallows Sound. His sole purpose as Governor is to send valuables across the ocean to the east to fund the lavish lifestyles of the Queens of the Old World.
Governor Johnson is ruthless and brutal. He will sacrifice anyone opposing him, and he is determined to rid the world of the three pirate groups, Twenty-One Butterflies, Scavengers and Iron Sails.
The Governor is also the father of Alfred the Sheriff of God’s Mercy, but he despises him and blames him for the death of his wife, who died giving birth to Alfred.
