Mr. Stevens

Mr. Stevens is one of the villains of the Chronicles of the Twenty-One Butterflies. He is an abusive, manipulative, and ambitious merchant who will do whatever it takes to become more powerful and richer, including wedding Casey to Alfred so that he can get a family relation to the Governor.

We meet Mr. Stevens early in the first book where his is married to Casey’s mother. Through the books, Mr. Stevens becomes more and more ruthless in his reach for power.
